Big Picture Bible Reading

100 days through the Bible’s story — the Old Testament narrative with its prophets, then the New Testament on the Luke–Acts spine.

Read through the whole biblical storyline in about 15–20 minutes a day. Each day gathers 2–4 chapters of Scripture, woven together in historical order, and your progress is saved automatically in your browser.

This phased 60-day reading schedule combines the primary Old Testament narrative spine with its matching prophetic books. Each day covers 2 to 4 chapters (around 15–20 minutes of reading), maintaining momentum through the storyline while introducing prophetic texts directly into the historical moments that prompted them.

The New Testament narrative flows from the life and ministry of Jesus (the Gospels) into the birth and expansion of the early church (Acts), with the epistles (letters) and Revelation woven directly into their first-century historical contexts.

To prevent reading four parallel accounts of the Gospels back-to-back, this 40-day plan pairs the narrative spine (Luke and Acts) with the letters written during each missionary phase, bookended by complementary Gospels and closing visions.
